The mash on the belt is pressed against cylinders, and the extracted juice flows into the collection trays beneath the press. The pressing process of the Band Press 400 is continuous.

The most advanced feature of our POWERPRESS series is the integrated pump and associated collection tank in the Band Press 400. This not only saves you the cost of a separate tank and pump, but also considerable space.

Juice yield for apples with our band press is approximately 75%.

A sieve system is integrated into the collection tray, ensuring that the juice is filtered as part of the pressing process, resulting in an even purer product.

The band press operates automatically. When the mash hopper is full, the machines upstream of the band press switch off automatically. When the collection tray is full, the juice pump transfers the juice into the tanks.

The band press includes a high-pressure cleaner that continuously washes the machine’s belt. Our belt washing system is simple, contains no motors or reduction gears, thus extending service life and reducing maintenance costs.

After use, the band press should be manually cleaned with a water jet. A complete cleaning process takes about 15–20 minutes. Cleaning is simple, and all parts of the band press can be removed easily without tools.

The belt tension is adjustable.

The machine is made entirely of stainless steel and has adjustable feet.
