This listing is for an SCC 61 WE combi steamer, electric version, from the premium manufacturer Rational, year of manufacture 2017.

The combi steamer is a unit from the latest SCC series, featuring triple glazing and LED interior lighting. The unit has been inspected in our in-house workshop and is fully functional.

The stand shown in the pictures is not included in the offer but can be purchased optionally. Please note: the photos are sample images; original photos will follow shortly. The combi steamer is available from week 14.

This combi steamer accommodates 5 x 400x600 mm trays. In automatic mode, the device independently identifies the optimal cooking process, product size, load quantity, and product-specific requirements for 7 applications (meat, fish, poultry, side dishes, egg dishes, baked goods, and finishing).
