Remarks:
The machine is overhauled, machine body completely refurbished. The following wear parts have been replaced or renewed:
- New trapezoidal spindles and spindle nuts made of cast, wear-resistant bronze
- All bearings and seals replaced
- The coolant system, including coolant/lubricant swivel system, is new
- New 2-speed SEW gear motor
- New electrics by Siemens
- New safety door instead of light sensor
- New clamping jaws
- All sheet metal parts, such as enclosures, chip chute, basket, screen, and spindle guard, are new
- Stainless steel operator panel with permanent labeling
- Machine newly painted with 2-component structural paint
The machine has the manufacturer’s "CE" marking.

General:
The dual-spindle drive ensures smooth operation, a central pulling point, and consistent broaching speed. The machine is primarily designed for the production of keyways up to 18 mm (from 16 mm keyway width only with stepped tool shanks).
The machine is designed for quick and easy setup for broaching with flat broaching tools for keyways.
Thanks to the universally designed drawbridge and machine table, both profile and flat broaching tools can be used for broaching without additional puller heads.
