Remarks:
The machine has been completely overhauled, and the machine body has been fully reconditioned. The following wear parts have been replaced:
- New trapezoidal spindles and spindle nuts made of cast, wear-resistant bronze
- All bearings and seals replaced
The coolant system (pump, check valve, and drain tap), including coolant/lubricant swivel system, is new
- Coolant supply is controlled by a solenoid valve, which can be operated via the swivel system
- The pull bridge as well as the clamping jaws and gear racks are new
- A switchable clamping jaw monitoring system has been installed (added safety for operator & tool breakage)
- A safety door with interlock, signal light, and door lock
- The tool length setting system has been relocated outside the machine compartment
- Additional end position limit switches installed
- Complete electrical system (control cabinet) is new
- No PLC installed, the machine is electrically easy to service
- New drive motor (SEW Germany) with brake
- The machine has been newly painted with a two-component structural lacquer

General:
The dual spindle drive ensures a smooth and centralized pull point as well as a constant broaching speed (broaching speed selectable at either 3 m/min or 6 m/min).
The machine is, by design, quick and easy to set up for broaching with flat broaching tools for keyway production.
Due to the universally-constructed pull bridge and machine table, broaching can be carried out with both profile and flat broaching tools without the need for additional pull heads.
