- SDI – Stepless Dynamic Induction

A smoothly adjustable coil automatically ensures superior arc ignition characteristics and high arc stability during welding. Manual fine-tuning is possible via the SDI knob, allowing precise adjustment of heat input, which can positively affect the amount of post-weld processing required.

- RSC – Realtime Speer Control

Digital monitoring and control of the wire feed speed with exceptional accuracy and in real time. With RSC, changes in arc length are compensated for more quickly and effectively.

- CCM – Characteristic Curie Memory

An integrated welding parameter database containing expert knowledge. By selecting the type and diameter of wire and the welding voltage level, the system synergistically chooses pre-set welding parameters. During operation, actual parameter values are compared with the set values and immediately corrected if necessary.

- RMI – Rehm Machine Interface

The device’s control panel is extremely user-friendly and prevents incorrect selection. Simple parameter selection facilitates the welder’s work, minimizes errors, and reduces the device setup time.
