CNC-controlled gear grinding machine
The Siemens CNC control allows entry of all relevant gear data and interactive workpiece setup via the control interface. Programming language switchable (German/English), with DNC interface for data import and export.
The machine operates in continuous generating grinding mode with automatic grinding cycle and in-machine automatic dressing of the grinding wheel.
The workpiece swivel angle is positioned quickly and precisely by electronic drive and hydraulically clamped, resulting in shorter setup times and easier part loading.
The shift grinding feature moves the workpiece tangentially past the grinding wheel during processing, ensuring a consistent grinding wheel profile is always engaged.
Hydraulic workpiece clamping with external collet chuck and tailstock in the workpiece slide, complete work area enclosure with sliding doors, separate electrical and control cabinet, separate hydraulic unit in cabin.
No dedicated coolant system included (central system required). A Hoffmann make HSF 150 SE/K coolant system, year 2007, can be purchased additionally: Siemens control, tank capacity 2,800 l, flow rate 100 l/min, 46 kW, weight 4.5 t, dimensions 3.7 x 2.5 x 3.56 m.
