Complete Dumpling/Knödel Production Line

The line can be inspected in Stavenhagen, Germany. The installation is still fully operational and connected to power, allowing for a live demonstration.

The line is complete and begins with the storage of potato flakes. These are then mixed in the correct ratio. The system can also process other raw materials, such as bread dough or alternative ingredients; an additional big bag station is available for this purpose.

After mixing, the product is weighed and further blended, after which it is conveyed to the Rheon forming machines. The Rheon machines shape the product; if desired, an internal filling can also be added. Subsequently, the product is transferred to the breading drum and then to the blast freezer, where the exterior is hardened to ensure optimal packability.

After freezing, the product is portioned by a multihead weigher and packed into doypack bags. Next, it passes through the pasteurisation tunnel, which extends the shelf life. The packaging is then air dried.

Finally, weight and metal detection are performed, after which the products are automatically repacked into boxes by a repacking machine. The boxes are then stacked onto pallets in an automated process, making the products ready for transport.
