The heart of the unit is a spacious bowl with an optimal capacity for 450 kg batches, equipped with a proven paddle mixing system. This design ensures exceptionally gentle yet highly effective and even distribution of spices, brine, and other ingredients throughout the filling mass. The paddle agitation system does not break down protein structure or overheat the mixture, which is crucial for maintaining top quality and the appropriate binding properties in the finished meat product. Discharge of the finished product is carried out frontally through pneumatically or mechanically controlled discharge flaps directly into the provided trolley.
