The welding machine is equipped with:
- All welding times can be set profile-specific.
- Welding accuracy of 0.2 mm on external dimensions.
- Clamping plates heated, with replaceable limiting blades on the welding mirrors.
- Automatically adjustable limitation gauges (white 1.2 mm, colored 0.5 mm).
- Add-on plates with adjustable gasket knives.
- Gasket former for shaping and scoring internal corners.
- Minimum weld size: small, with thicker add-on plates: 330 x 500 mm.
- Maximum weld size: 3800 x 3300 mm.
- For profile insertion, the heads retract.
- Set for 5 mm weld bead removal (2.5 mm per side).

The cleaning station is equipped with:
- Four-axis cleaning unit for fast finishing.
- Automatic turning station with gripping arm for gentle turning of large, heavy elements.
- Automatic turning up to 3,000 x 3,000 mm.
- Manual operation without cleaning station for small parts or U-frames.
