RSA RASACUT SC 3000 – Fully Automatic Tube Processing Line: Cutting, Deburring, Length Control, Washing and Drying

This is a high-capacity, fully integrated RSA line for tube processing, designed for continuous production – from raw tube bundles to finished, fixed-length tube sections, up to 3,000 mm.

The system encompasses the entire workflow:

Bundle Loading → Cutting → Deburring → Measuring (Length Control) → Cleaning (Washing) → Drying, with automatic transfer between stations.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

1. Bundle Loader

Tube bundles are loaded by crane or forklift into the storage rack. The system automatically separates the tubes and feeds them onto the infeed roller conveyor, enabling continuous production from tubes up to 8,000 mm in length.

2. Cutting | RSA RASACUT SC 3000

Automatic cutting unit with servo-controlled feed and electronically controlled length stop. Tubes are clamped and cut to the programmed fixed length, with adjustable cutting parameters for consistent, repeatable results.

3. Deburring | RSA RASAPLAN XY 3000

Automatic end deburring system with high-performance brushes operating on both ends. Each tube rotates 360° during brushing, allowing simultaneous deburring of both internal and external edges at both ends. All adjustments are performed automatically via central control.

4. Measuring | RSA RASACHECK 3000 A

Integrated length measurement station ensures 100% inspection of finished parts. Out-of-tolerance pieces are automatically rejected, guaranteeing only conforming parts proceed to subsequent processing steps.

5. Cleaning | RSA RASACLEAN ET 3000

Washing system designed for complete removal of chips and contaminants. Workpieces pass through an enclosed washing area where cleaning fluid is applied under pressure, and all debris is collected by a chip filter.

6. Drying | TURBODRY

Hot air drying station with adjustable airflow and temperature. Effectively removes all droplets and residual moisture after washing, ensuring tubes are fully dry and ready for downstream handling.

7. Tooling | Large Set of Jaws

Supplied with a comprehensive set of jaws for multiple tube diameters, enabling rapid changeovers without additional tooling.
