with an extended guide rail by 500 mm for the additional installation of an aluminum holder screwdriving unit for RU-CSA-SMB or RU-CSA-SMZD, including RU-SH special screwdriver, support table.
Length: 4000 mm, Width: 1400 mm, the inclination of the work platform is adjustable manually. Receptacle for hardware shears or punching tool.
16 swivel-type counter holders for hanging sash elements, fully pneumatically retractable to allow unobstructed sliding of sashes on the table surface.
Device for detecting sash hardware length for constant and variable/centered gear positioning for pre-drilled sashes, color-coded measurement recognition of the hardware components.
RU-SH, special screwdriver with pneumatic depth stop mounted on trolley, safety control, pneumatic height adjustment, screw feeder with automatic shut-off of the reservoir (manual feed for a second screw length on the special screwdriver optional).

RA-8, turret stop for 8 screw levels mounted on the trolley.

RA-4, turret stop for 4 different sash widths mounted on the tilting table. Sash measurement scanning pneumatically actuated, scanning range up to 2500 mm with simultaneous clamping of the measuring device.

PSF – Pneumatic clamping device for sashes. Adjustable working height from 900 - 1000 mm. Support table covered with felt. Guide rail extended 800 mm to the left.

RU-CSA-SMB Alu-holder screwdriving unit with automatic screw feeding and manual insertion of the aluminum holders from a mobile box with pneumatic positioning. Screwdriver with depth stop and 4-position turret stop. Pneumatic Y-axis adjustment for two 6-position turret stops. Hopper for manual feeding of rotary or clip holders in square format 18.5 x 18.5 mm. The holder is manually inserted into a channel in the box and positioned in front of the screwdriver mouthpiece by a pneumatically actuated pusher. Profile depth max. 150 mm, screw pitch in Y-direction max. 120 mm.
