Glazing Bead Saw with Sliding Work Table

Designed for dual, simultaneous cutting of glazing beads on a sliding work table.

The RU-GL glazing bead saw is mounted on a sliding work table and equipped with a measuring and clamping system for two glazing beads. Cutting length: min. 230 mm, max. 2380 mm. The left saw is fixed, while the right saw is mounted on a manually movable carriage. Pneumatic clamping device from above and from the side; safety dual-hand operation. Saw motors rated at 0.37 kW, voltage 400V. Sliding work table with felt surface, overall length with side shelf: 3300 mm; width: 1400 mm; working height: 800 – 1000 mm. Pneumatically retractable support bearings for positioning sashes.

Item 1.6: Operating time switch for independent extraction unit. Adjustable from 5 seconds to 3 hours. With each cutting cycle, the extraction runs automatically for the set period. If further cutting occurs during the extraction period, the timer resets.
