Glazing Bead Saw on Slide Work Table

Designed for pairwise cutting of glazing beads on a sliding work table.

The RU-GL glazing bead saw is mounted on a sliding work table with scanning and clamping system for two glazing beads. Cutting length min. 230 mm, max. 2380 mm. Left saw fixed, right saw mounted on a manually movable carriage. Pneumatic clamping device from above and from the side, safety two-hand operation. Saw motors 0.37 kW, voltage 400V. Sliding work table with felt covering, length including side storage shelf 3300 mm, width 1400 mm, working height 800 - 1000 mm. Pneumatically lowerable counter supports for positioning the sashes.

Item 1.6 Operating time switching device for
independent extraction unit.
Adjustable from 5 sec. to 3 hrs. For every sawing process, extraction runs automatically for the preset time. If another cut is made during the extraction time, the timer resets and extraction starts again from the beginning.
