Designed for pairwise cutting of glazing beads

The RU-GLS-ED45° Double Glazing Bead Saw is manually adjustable to length. The machine has been developed for pairwise cutting of glazing beads at a cutting angle of 45°, and it features one fixed and one movable saw unit. Length adjustment is manual and comes equipped with an electronic digital display. Cutting lengths from 150 mm to 2650 mm can be achieved. During the cutting process, the glazing beads are clamped from above and from the front using a pneumatic clamping device in order to prevent tilting of the beads. Operation is via a safe two-hand control system. Saw blade diameter: 250 mm, Length: 3700 mm, Width: 700 mm, Voltage: 400 V.
