With automatic pressing cycle and manual control for mortise & tenon corner joints and dowel/mortised tenon joints. Mode selection switch on the control cabinet. Standard equipment for optional use of counter profiles if the sash is folded at the loose section.

Base machine constructed with heavy-duty frame welded design and thick-walled special hollow profiles. Guide rails for the pressure beams at the press corners are precision-machined for low wear.

Fast, smooth manual width adjustment using ball-bearing mounted carriage, indexed locking every 50 mm. Optional motorized width adjustment with hydraulic clamping (surcharge applicable).

Height adjustment and pressing using long-stroke cylinder in a single operation cycle. Right-side press corners feature integrated horizontal cylinders, eliminating the need for vertical positioning of horizontal press cylinders—prevents cylinder collisions. Bottom abutment is adjustable to various optimal insert heights.

3 kW compact hydraulic unit with integrated control block, variable pressure regulation from 20–120 bar, manometer.

Operation via pushbuttons with separate control circuits for vertical and horizontal press cylinders, mounted on a freely movable operator console.

2 vertical double-acting press cylinders, stroke adjusted to working height, piston diameter 60 mm, max. pressing force per cylinder: 2,100 kg.
