With its highly efficient plasma process, material thicknesses up to 25 mm can be optimally cut. The automatic initial height sensing, automatic arc regulation, and intelligent collision protection ensure maximum quality and the highest repeatability. The automated program sequence, alongside the long service life of consumables, actively contributes to significantly reducing cutting costs. The oxy-fuel process also impresses with its straightforward handling and functionality. Thanks to the automatic piercing function, preheating times and the activation of the cutting oxygen are CNC-controlled. This allows for highly economical cutting of sheets up to 80 mm thick. The oxy-fuel system is available for acetylene or propane gas and comes equipped with automatic height control.

kaitec Smart – WATER TABLE SYSTEM

The foundation of the flatbed design is a sturdy water table. The longitudinal guide mechanism is mounted with high precision on machined surfaces. The robust cutting grate features offset, serrated support slats, providing optimal support for plates and reducing slag formation on components as well as excessive wear of the slats—saving you money on rework and maintenance. The tray depth is precisely designed for optimal slag collection and cooling, easy cleaning, and effective extraction of dust generated during cutting.
