Brief overview of the dispatch line and the application area of the offered item:
The dispatch line was used for pallet shipping. Cartons were erected (SOCO ATS 2300 + 2200) and sealed on the bottom to be packed on the main dispatch line. Finished packages were then sealed on top by a carton sealer (SOCOT-4200) and passed on to a labeler (LOGOPAK LOGOMATIK 415-T). After the Logomatik scanner verified the packages as error-free, they were forwarded to the palletizing robot (SOCO PRS-LRS-1218-H3) to produce pallets packed according to our specifications. In our video, you can see the entire dispatch line in operation.

The item offered here is one of the two SOCO ATS machines that erect and seal the cartons before they are transferred to the main conveyor belt (see blue circle in the layout image).
