Robust and durable steel construction. Maintenance-free servo drive for the bending, feed, and rotation axes. The control system's touch display enables easy and intuitive programming and operation of the machine. After loading the tube, it is secured by the chuck in the carriage, which ensures precise positioning and thus allows the creation of dimensionally accurate geometries. Standard features also include a geometry check before the bending process: If the bending process is initiated at an incorrect position, the machine will not grant approval. This eliminates operating errors. Optional additional features offer enhanced convenience and increase output, thereby improving the efficiency of the machine.

Data exchange with the optional tube calculation software TBS-3D (PC version) is done via USB stick or network. Existing tube geometries can be imported using the software.

Unique graphical programming: Simple geometries can be directly calculated at the machine. After entering the length and angle, the control system immediately calculates feed values and bending angles.
