About the Machine:

We offer a Stöckel FX 60/30 ST 2 surface grinding machine with automatic cycle, year 2018, in excellent condition. The machine is, of course, fully functional. All slides run very smoothly and evenly. Even at high speeds, the Stöckel operates very quietly. This newer generation of grinding machines is very user-friendly and capable of producing surfaces with a low Rz value. Take the opportunity to inspect this machine under power on site and see its condition for yourself.

About the Controls:

The STÖCKEL ST-2 control provides all functions needed for efficient surface and slot grinding. Inputs are made via softkeys on the control panel, while all necessary information is shown graphically to the operator on a color display. The control’s operation is intuitive and easy to learn in a short time. ISO programming knowledge is not required.

The control is suited both for automatic grinding operations and manual feed with the electronic handwheel. The operator can intervene at any time during an ongoing grinding cycle to adjust parameters or take over feed via the handwheel.

The control features:
• Surface grinding program with separate modes for roughing, finishing, and spark-out
• Slot grinding program with separate modes for roughing, finishing, and spark-out
• Multiple slot program (for fast stock removal)
• Dressing automation: Regular automatic dressing can be triggered during the grinding program based on various criteria such as "grinding dimension" or "number of strokes." Dressing before finishing is also possible.
• With the optional "speed regulation," different cutting speeds for roughing, finishing, and dressing can be set.
