This HDPE blow moulding machine features a highly specialised system for shaping containers from high-density polyethylene (HDPE). The machine processes bottle sizes up to 2 litres, achieving a production capacity of up to 2700 bottles per hour (bph). Furthermore, the system utilises a 4+4 configuration, i.e. four upper and four lower cavities, which, thanks to a symmetrical and highly efficient design, optimises production output. The machine will be available from mid-October.

Main technical features of the TECHNE SYSTEM HDPE blow moulding machine
To ensure high precision in bottle forming, the blow moulding system offers a cavity pitch of 150 mm. In addition, the machine is equipped with a twin carriage system, efficiently controlling the production cycle and minimising downtimes. Notably, this blow moulder can process containers up to 2 litres, providing high flexibility in manufacturing different packaging types.

Mould configuration and flexibility
Whilst the machine does not come with moulds as standard, it supports a wide range of mould sizes, with a maximum capacity of 2 litres. Moreover, the entire system can be readily adapted to specific production requirements. Upon request, additional accessories or required modifications can be provided as separate options. Our technicians, who handle the dismantling, can also take care of reinstallation to ensure reliability and seamless operation.

Manuals and technical documentation
This blow moulding machine comes complete with technical manuals and detailed wiring diagrams to assist with installation, maintenance and daily operation. In particular, the documentation includes detailed specifications on container tolerances and technical schematics of system components. The design thus enables optimisation of critical parameters, such as bottle pitch and spacing between extruders and container bodies.

Production and output
