The TERLET TERLOTHERM is a vertical scraped surface heat exchanger designed for the gentle heating and cooling of viscous, sensitive, or burn-prone products. The scraper system continuously renews the product surface, ensuring high heat transfer rates, consistent product quality, and reliable processing even with demanding recipes.

• Dairy products (e.g. yoghurt/dessert masses, cream/milk blends, sensitive products)
• Sauces, soups, dressings, delicatessen
• Fat-/emulsion-based products (e.g. margarine, mayonnaise)
