ABOUT THE DEVICE
The TESA Scan 50 plus is a high-precision optical-tactile shaft measuring machine for the measurement of rotationally symmetrical workpieces such as shafts, turned parts, precision journals, pins, and similar test components. The device combines contactless optical measurement with tactile probes and achieves a resolution of 0.1 µm for diameters and 0.5 µm for lengths.
