Backgauge system
3-axis rear backgauge system (one backgauge finger): Highly dynamic and secure 3-axis rear backgauge system. Equipped with rack-and-pinion drive, freely programmable CNC-controlled X-, R-, and Z-axes, enabling adjustable backgauge depth and height for high accuracy. Backgauge finger made from fiberglass with hardened metal stop.

Upper tool holder: Enables quick and precise tool changes; both vertically and horizontally; fixed, self-centering.
Lower tool holder
Individual V-dies are mounted onto a special plate. Clamping: manual, with hardened clamping and holding bars.
Safety
Safety equipment: Emergency stop button, two-button foot pedal for both standing and seated operations, laterally sliding safety doors, as well as rear and side safety enclosures. The side safety enclosure is made of transparent, impact-resistant plastic.
