The EG300 device combines the functions of an edger and a multi-blade rip saw, maximizing the profit from every board cut and increasing the overall sawmill efficiency by an average of 20–30%.

The EG300 model comes standard with two circular saw blades, serving as an edger. One blade is fixed, while the second is adjustable from the control panel using an electronic cut-width setting system.

Optional laser cutting guides can be installed to assist the operator in determining the optimal cutting line.

The EG300 edger consists of three main components: the saw blade assembly, the feed table, and the outfeed table. The machine’s modular design ensures easy transport, operation, and installation.

Two upper return rollers facilitate advancing the board through the edger for successive cuts.

An adjustable fence allows the operator to quickly position boards with already trimmed edges.

Up to five saw blades can be installed for use as a multi-blade rip saw.

In this configuration, four blades are fixed for standard width cutting, while the fifth blade is adjustable. Switching between edger and multi-blade operation is straightforward, and the construction allows the operator to quickly respond to changing requirements. Feed speed is variable from 0 to 25 m/min.
