Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2027 – NEW MACHINE:

60 kN Version:
The primary application is in the production of keyways from 3–28 mm (and above) as well as similar profile dimensions. The compact machine, occupying minimal floor space, can therefore be successfully used in small, medium, and large operations. The attractive price makes it a suitable investment even for small series and one-off production.
The drive is provided by a pole-changeable geared brake motor. The maintenance-free double spindle drive ensures smooth operation, centralized pulling force, and consistent cutting performance. The open worktable allows even large workpieces to be loaded without obstruction. In most cases, the workpieces do not need to be firmly clamped. Stroke adjustment is done via adjustable end switches with stroke limitation. When working with short hubs/workpieces, multiple pieces can be stacked and processed simultaneously.
