Furthermore, we supply spare parts for Wolff and VADARI SRM broaching machines (spindles, spindle nuts, motors, gears, and all other required components – including electronics).

Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2027 – NEW MACHINE:

The main application is the production of keyways from 3–28 mm (and beyond) as well as profiles of similar dimensions. Due to its compact design and small footprint, the machine can be efficiently used in small, medium, and large enterprises. The low price also justifies the investment for small batch production and single-piece manufacturing.

Drive is by pole-switchable geared brake motor. The maintenance-free twin-spindle drive ensures smooth operation, central pulling point, and constant cutting performance. The open tool table allows even large workpieces to be positioned without obstruction. In most cases, the workpieces to be broached do not need to be clamped. Stroke adjustment is via adjustable limit switches with stroke limiting. For short hubs/workpieces, multiple workpieces can be stacked.
