Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2027 – NEW MACHINE:

The main area of application is the production of keyways from 3–28 mm (but also larger), as well as profiles of similar dimensions. The compact machine, with its small footprint, can be successfully used in small, medium, and large companies. The low price makes it worthwhile for small series and single item production as well.

The drive is provided by a pole-changeable geared brake motor. The maintenance-free double spindle drive ensures smooth operation and a central pulling point, as well as consistent cutting performance. The open tool table allows even large workpieces to be positioned without restriction. In most cases, workpieces do not need to be clamped rigidly. Stroke adjustment is achieved via adjustable limit switches with stroke limitation. For short hubs/workpieces, multiple workpieces can be stacked.
