For sale: Panasonic robotic TIG welding workstation purchased from ValkWelding. Configuration: Panasonic TM 1400 G3 robot (6 axes, 1437 mm reach, 6 kg payload), two-axis L positioner PD1000/500, TIG welding unit Tetrix 352 AC/DC Synergic CW, with accessories and safety equipment.

What makes this workstation unique is its capability to safely weld aluminum, in addition to steel and stainless steel. The process is highly synchronized with wire feeding. It can locate welds and respond to arc height changes. This is a very proficient system.

I am selling this set because our original capacity expectations were not met (we do not have enough production volume in the hundreds/thousands of pieces). During its lifetime (about 5 years), the workstation was turned on for approximately 200 hours and actually welded only during test runs, less than one hour in total. So it is practically as good as new. It’s a pity for it to remain unused. All support has been provided directly by ValkWelding. In case of sale, they can arrange installation, commissioning, and staff training by agreement.
