The singulation of milled timber, whether placed loosely or in packages, enables the cost-effective further processing of already milled timber. In a two-stage process, the timber is separated for downstream processing. It is also possible to feed the separated timber into an ongoing process in a controlled manner.
The mechanical design of the feeder ensures the reliable feed of even bent or warped pieces. Additionally, the feeder can be adjusted to the diameter of the timber so that only one piece is conveyed at a time, preventing stoppages in subsequent processing steps.
