Grinding Process Sequence
Step 1: After starting, the vacuum gripper picks the top saw blade from magazine 1. Transfer to the Woodtronic NC4, cover is opened.
Step 2: Loader returns. The Woodtronic NC4 is closed and the grinding program is started. The loader removes the spacer ring from magazine 1 and transfers it to magazine 2. Waiting position.
Step 3: After the grinding process and opening of the Woodtronic, the loader picks up the ground saw blade and transfers it to magazine 2.
Process repetition
Steps 1 to 3 are repeated until the grinding process is complete.
Pre-programming possible: Grinding operation runs without interruption even while programming the next magazine. The Woodtronic NC4 can be pre-programmed during the day and grinds automatically at night.
Measurable with WALTER Saw Check: Rake angles, clearance angles, diameter, number of teeth
