Weber Smart Assist (WSA):
- Analyzes signals from the machine’s integrated sensors and displays them graphically via symbols
- Similar to the previous Weber MT engine protection system, the engine shuts down whenever continuing operation would risk engine damage
- The operator is shown symbols indicating how to resolve displayed faults
- If the air filter is excessively dirty, step-by-step instructions for cleaning and replacing the filter element are provided
- The Weber Smart Assist also includes the compaction control system COMPATROL, now presented in a new design
- It displays compaction progress to the operator in a clear and easily understood bar graph
- The machine controls are also new: after starting, vibration is activated at the push of a button
- There is no throttle lever; engine speed is automatically regulated by the motor
