Westfalia Separator, last used in a fruit juice processing facility. The separator's control system was modernized by GEA. The product is clarified within the centrifuge's discs and is discharged under pressure. Solids are collected in the solids chamber and periodically discharged automatically. During CIP (Cleaning-in-Place), the cleaning fluid is recirculated through the system.
