Automatic positioning system

The machine automatically switches between vertical and horizontal positions using its automatic positioning system and cuts panels according to the optimization plan generated by its software. Throughout the cutting cycle, operator intervention is not required. The automatic panel lifting system ensures the formatting process is carried out while panels remain on the machine.

The DPM AV automatic cutting program enables the operator to enter values into the software, after which the dimensioning process is completed automatically. The optimization plan is an integral, standard feature of the DPM AV. Users can optimize cuts for single or multiple panels by entering part lists into the software. Processes are optimized and performed automatically.

Automatic clamping and lifting system

The servo-driven automatic lifting system of the DPM AV distinguishes it from other models. With this system, a single operator can handle even the largest panels and cut them to required sizes according to the optimization, without physical strain or manual intervention. Precision cutting is ensured as the lifting system bears the panel's weight, eliminating friction or operator effort. The servo-controlled precision stop system allows dimensioning accuracy up to 0.1 mm. The pneumatic clamping system, included with the DPM AV, is part of the lifting process.

Panel carriage system

High-quality, precision-engineered load-bearing rollers with double bearings support the operator and provide smooth movement of the panel across the machine.
