Automating the material infeed and outfeed processes on planing machines significantly increases the working efficiency of the machine crew and operators.

Improved work safety is a key benefit of such an investment. Planing machines deliver high output, which is achieved through uniform and continuous material feed. Manual infeed often cannot ensure the required consistency and places high physical demand on the operator.

Transverse buffers for material infeed, as well as longitudinal feed devices with bottom and top drive rollers, are available.

We offer servomotors or hydraulic drives.

For material outfeed, we supply sorting tables with ejectors or material pushers.

Longitudinal sorting and buffering on crossbeams are also possible.

We additionally offer stacking of planed material, including advanced planing processes.

Machine control is based on the best Mitsubishi components available on the market.
