The machine features a robust and heavy-duty steel construction.
Cutting of the material is performed by the movement of the cutting frame along the X and Y axes, while the worktable remains stationary.

The cutting frame is driven by two reinforced timing belts and moves on linear guides along the X axis.
In the Y axis (vertical movement of the frame), feed is provided by two ball screw spindles and linear guides.

The machine is equipped with both single and double-sided cutting modes as well as automatic cut correction in double-sided operation.

- Automatic, self-adjusting saw blade tensioning
- Stationary table with powered conveyor belt for easy loading of material
- Automatic cut length measurement
- Quick-change system for the saw blade
