ZERMA GSC

The compact granulators of the GSC series are fully sound-insulated granulators, making them especially quiet in operation. The integrated soundproofing ensures ideal accessibility to the granulator itself as well as for knife and screen changes, thanks to its well-designed construction. Noise reduction is achieved using state-of-the-art sound-absorbing materials.

The housings, made of robust steel/welded construction, together with the V-cut rotors (except for GSC 300/300), ensure a long service life and versatile applications. The tangential housing geometry means even bulky feed materials are efficiently accepted and processed by the rotor.

All GSC series machines consistently produce high-quality regrind—regardless of whether the feed material consists of injection or blow molding waste, profiles, sheets, or films.

The models in the GSC series are cost-effective, highly reliable, easy to clean, and offer a long service life.
