- A complete retrofit kit for unrestricted manual loading and unloading in accordance with EC conformity and execution of equipment according to CE standards,
• New electrical cabinet with certified two-channel electronic Siemens PLC safety control system (1512SP F or 1515F) for process control, including an integrated operator panel for the operating modes: setup (two-hand operation), single stroke (two-hand), and foot operation (only in combination with light curtain); manual lever operation is no longer possible,
• Hydraulic safety block for monitoring the closing movement of the main cylinder,
• Position-monitored directional control valve for up and down movement of the main cylinder’s ram,
• Two-hand operation unit with two-channel monitoring of the synchronisation at the press table (incl. 5 m cable),
• Replacement of the motors for the main and control pumps,
• Replacement of seals on the main cylinder,
• Fine filter with contamination indicator,
• The press is equipped with an electronic travel measurement system (including teach-in function and display of the current ram position). The mechanical cam controller is no longer required.
