Digital Printing System for Carpet and Textile Printing
ChromoJet is a valve-based jet print technology developed by ZIMMER in 1976, and it has since become a standard in carpet printing and printing on heavy textiles.

The ChromoJet family of digital printing systems is suitable for all types of pile products in the range of 300 to 1,500 g/m².

ChromoJet operates with high-speed valves. The pre-mixed, pressurized spot or process colors are injected deep into the pile surface with surgical precision, without any machine parts coming into contact with the fabric. This process ensures maximum color penetration and excellent print resolution.

Dyestuff Classes:
- Acid and pre-metallized – for printing polyamide (nylon) and wool
- Disperse – for printing polyester-based carpets
- Cationic – for printing modified (cationic) polyester and acrylic fibers
- Reactive – for printing carpets and mats made of polyamide, wool, and cotton
