New filling machine suitable for filling liquids.

This is a robust machine operating on air and 220V, plug and play! It is ideal for filling small batches. A very small compressor is sufficient to operate this machine. If required, we can supply one as well; we recommend a minimum capacity of 12L.

The filling machine is equipped with a 1000ml cylinder, allowing a maximum fill per stroke of 1000ml. By running multiple cycles, larger volumes can also be filled efficiently (e.g., 2500ml by dispensing 2 x 1250ml). The minimum fill per stroke is 100ml; any volume between 100 and 1000ml can be dispensed in a single stroke. We also offer models with cylinders up to 5000ml per stroke.

The machine is fitted with a suction hose, enabling it to draw directly from a drum or IBC. It features both a foot pedal and automatic mode. In automatic mode, the machine continuously fills, making it easy and quick to process larger quantities. The foot pedal allows filling at your own pace.

Depending on the operator and selected volume, you can fill between 15-25 units per minute, making this a very fast machine. Weighing approximately 15-20kg, the machine can be placed easily on a table. Completely made from stainless steel, this is a high-quality and durable unit.
