Brand new filling machine / dosing machine suitable for filling liquids, pastes, creams, oils, etc. Designed for nearly all types of fluids, but also handles thicker substances efficiently.

This robust machine is constructed from high-quality stainless steel (RVS) and operates on compressed air and 220V—Plug and Play! It is ideal for filling small batches. A small compressor suffices; we recommend at least a 12L model, which can be optionally supplied.

The filling machine features a 500ml cylinder, enabling a maximum fill per stroke of 500ml. By repeating strokes, larger quantities can be filled (e.g., 750ml by dispensing 2 x 375ml). The minimum stroke size is 50ml, and any volume between 50ml and 500ml can be dispensed in a single stroke. We also offer a model with a 100ml cylinder, suitable for 5ml to 100ml per stroke—please inquire for more details.

It is equipped with a large 25L hopper. For larger filling volumes, it is possible to connect directly to an IBC or a 200L drum for increased throughput. The machine is fitted with both a foot pedal and an automatic mode. In auto mode, the machine continuously fills, making it easy and quick to process larger quantities. Filling speed can be adjusted between cycles. The foot pedal allows for manual, pace-controlled operation.

Depending on operator and dose size, 15 to 25 units per minute can be filled, making this a very fast machine. Weighing approximately 15–20kg, it is easy to place on a table. Built entirely from stainless steel, this is a high-quality, durable machine.
