The ACME tube and profile laser system has been developed to meet the highest industrial manufacturing standards, combining precision, productivity, and flexibility at the most advanced level. Thanks to its powerful design and intelligent automation, it is ideally suited for steel construction, mechanical engineering, plant engineering, metalworking, and demanding contract manufacturers.
The innovative machine concept, featuring four high-precision chucks, three movable clamping systems, and vertically arranged guides, ensures exceptionally stable workpiece positioning. This allows even long, heavy, or complex tube and profile geometries to be processed with utmost accuracy.
The system is available in various configurations for tube diameters of Ø 280 mm, Ø 360 mm, Ø 550 mm, Ø 640 mm, and Ø 800 mm, and can be optimally tailored to individual production requirements.
With available laser outputs ranging from 3 kW to 20 kW and processing lengths up to 12 meters, the ACME tube laser system offers maximum performance reserves for diverse applications – from thin-walled profiles to heavy structural tubes.
