Remarks
The fully hermetic separation system MRPX 810 is designed for the removal of suspended solids with particle sizes from approx. 0.5 to 500 µm from a liquid with a lower density than the solids. The solids content is usually in the range of 0.1–20 vol.%. Main applications include bacteria, rDNA products, enzymes, cell cultures, and vaccines. It is also suitable for industrial fermentation processes in which microbial cells are used for the production of acids, chemicals, fuels, etc. Applications requiring low oxygen uptake can also benefit from the hermetic features of the MRPX 810 separator.
