Overview: The ALWID KRONE-D is a semi-automatic dosing filler. The machine is suitable for volumetric filling of non-carbonated liquids (from low to high viscosity) in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries.

Operating principle: The ALWID KRONE-D is a semi-automatic machine. The operator manually places the bottles on the height-adjustable work table and presses the START switch at each filling valve. This allows for individual bottles to be filled as needed. Once the START switch is activated, the filling valve lowers and opens. The bottle is filled. After reaching the preset volume, the filling valve closes and automatically returns to the upper position. The machine can be used for various liquids, bottle shapes, and sizes without the need for additional format parts. The filling volume can be quickly and easily adjusted by using interchangeable volume adjustment rods. Sub-surface filling is possible for foaming products. The machine is mobile/mounted on wheels.
