Overview This vacuum filling and capping block was manufactured in 2019 by the German company ALWID Maschinenbau GmbH. The ALWID-SUPERIOR-48HV-10PP model is designed for filling glass bottles using a high vacuum system, making it ideal for low- to medium-viscosity liquids such as spirits or similar products. The system features 48 filling valves and a 10-head ROPP capping unit, ensuring efficient and highly accurate operation. With a capacity of up to 12,500 bottles per hour (0.7 L), it offers a professional solution for high-speed filling lines. The machine is CIP-capable, equipped with spray balls, and features a Siemens S7 control system. It has approximately 14,000 operating hours and is already dismantled. Missing peripheral components such as cap sorter, cap hopper/elevator, and chutes can be supplied upon request; a factory overhaul is also possible.
