Technical Data:

The FLW is a flexible and highly productive laser welding cell equipped with extensive features. The focused laser beam is used as an energy source to melt or join materials together.

The laser welding cell consists of a fiber laser with a 6-axis industrial robot mounted on a travel rail. Parts to be welded are clamped onto a rotary/tilting table. The safety enclosure is fitted with a sliding door to ensure safe operation.

Weaving System:
The integrated rotating optics allow the laser beam to move in a circular pattern. The patented system from AMADA enables welding of larger gap dimensions, with or without filler material, and allows even aluminum to be welded.

NC Focus System:
The NC focus system automatically sets the optimal focal position for each welding condition. It helps weld both simple butt joints and difficult-to-access corners.

Filler Wire and Intelligent Gas Supply:
Up to 20 kg of filler wire can be fed. When using the TAS (Teach Assistant System), the gas nozzle retracts automatically.

TAS (Teach Assistant System):
The TAS system eliminates time-consuming manual teaching operations. Deviations between the programmed and actual seam paths are detected via a CCD camera.

Condition:
Very good condition - the machine has seen very little use: approx. 16,500 operating hours.
