PAFIX Thread Cutting Head for CNC Machines
- The PAFIX CNC head is specifically designed for all machines with programmable forward and reverse movement to the tool holder (turret, spindle, etc.).
- It is extremely compact and equipped with a positive locking release coupling, which can be adjusted to three different extraction lengths as required.
- The head can be set for two different programmed thread cutting cycles. Both cycles offer a measure of pitch compensation (float).
- To ensure error-free threading with a precise start point and exact thread depth or length, spring-loaded pitch adjustment or slip clutches for overload protection have been omitted. The PAFIX CNC allows quick changes from thread cutting head to cutting head—simply unscrew the collet nut and replace it with the cutting head housing.
