The machine is equipped with a Heidenhain iTNC 530 HSCI CNC control system and features a movable control panel with handwheel, enabling convenient and precise operation.

The main spindle reaches speeds of up to 10,000 rpm and provides 25 kW of power for continuous operation (100% duty cycle) as well as 40 kW at 40% duty cycle. The SK40 tool holder ensures high flexibility in tool selection. For demanding machining processes, the machine is equipped with through-spindle internal coolant supply (IKZ) at 20 bar.

Tool changes are performed via a chain-type magazine with 22 tool positions, allowing for fast and reliable tool changes.

A swiveling milling head with two axes significantly expands the machining capabilities. The A-axis offers a swivel range of 180°, and the B-axis offers 360°, enabling complex operations from various angles.

Additional features include Heidenhain linear measuring systems in the X, Y, and Z axes for high positioning accuracy. Hardened precision guideways with Turcite counter-guides provide smooth motion, high rigidity, and precise long-term machining performance.
