Process flow:
Transport via incline conveyor to the vibrating table for separation of the fruit.

Then to the BEST laser system LS 9000, which detects foreign bodies and ejects them using approximately 80 air nozzles.
The laser can be reprogrammed by running so-called good product—i.e., merchandise without defects—through the machine. Using a point cloud, the laser detects the surface structure and thus knows what constitutes good or bad merchandise.
This is followed by a conveyor belt with metal detector and visual inspection.
Afterwards, another incline conveyor transports the product to weighing and filling into tubular bags, with a maximum bag weight of 30 kg.
