Excellent condition!

We used the system for slightly moist and sticky pipe tobacco. Therefore, it can be used for all free-flowing products such as spices, nuts, seeds, gummy bears, and many other types of food products.

All components of the line have been perfectly matched by an experienced team and operated as a complete system. If you want to fill free-flowing products into cans, or even first into bags and then into cans (both are possible), then this is the perfect system for you.

The line can fill both pillow bags as well as directly into cans.

The entire system has a capacity of 30 cans per minute. Some components, such as the screw capper and the labeling machine, have a significantly higher capacity.

The line is currently set up for 400 ml cans. We have used both Obeck and Polipack cans with flawless operation. Other can formats are possible—modifications to the system can be made for this (additional costs apply).

The system consists of:

- 14-head multihead weigher with working platform: 1.9 m x 1.9 m x 1.8 m incl. ladder, safety rails, and automatic product feed from Hangzhou Zon Packaging (don’t be deterred—the spare parts supply is very good and the system operates extremely reliably!)

- Pillow bag machine with Siemens control from Hangzhou Zon Packaging

- Can destacker from Tölke with automatic can feed (cans can be loaded by the box)

- Capper from Bosch with automatic lid feed (lids can be loaded by the box)

- Labeling machine for lid and side labels from Herma

Optionally, a screw conveyor for product feeding can be offered, allowing product to be filled directly from Euro bins and automatically dispensed.
