Fine Pastry / Dough Processing Line "Canolino" 5.2 with an approx. 65 x 520 cm plastic working belt, year of manufacture 2004. Designed for the production of a wide range of products such as various puff pastry items (with or without filling), yeast dough products, and other specialty baked goods.

The "Canolino" line is user-friendly and features a modular, wheeled design. It is equipped with a dough sheet calibrator head, a large selection of cutting rollers (including a croissant roller and a special roller for "Stutenkerle"), a water-droplet moistening station, a volumetric filling head (V4 F) / electric screw doser with 4 outlets suitable for the dosing of creamy products with spot, continuous, or interval dosing, a motorized rolling roller for coiled products like Danish snails and other rolled items, various rolling and folding tools as well as pressure rollers, and a motorized guillotine knife for cross-cutting. Ideal for use in small and medium-sized bakeries.

The comprehensive accessory package is easy to assemble and can be exchanged quickly without the need for tools. The electric guillotine can also be repositioned as desired. The system is mainly operated manually, ensuring very easy handling and long-term durability.

All components and accessories are electrically powered (including the filling unit and the guillotine knife), so no compressed air is necessary.

The line and all accessories (as shown in the photos) are in good "bakery condition" and are offered for sale fully cleaned and ready for operation.
