15-18kg Coffee Roaster, drum-type roaster, propane gas, heavy current, 3 motors (exhaust, cooling air, drum), gear transmission for the drum = drum speed individually adjustable, exhaust air regulated by exhaust motor speed, rapid cooling via powerful extraction, electronic manual control with touchpad, port for firewire cable to connect to a laptop/computer for additional profile logging using custom software (Cropster, Artisan), very quiet operation, powerful extraction, no chipping due to double-walled drum! Additional door for fast emptying, drum is narrower and deeper than competitors for more even temperature distribution inside the drum, patented stirring mechanism in the cooling tray, filling drop gate with weight (keeps the filling hopper closed during roasting).

Only 1,250 batches roasted so far from the end of 2019 until now. Clean, lubricated, and maintained. Never roasted to second crack, therefore no burnt fat residue. Includes propane gas hoses with pressure regulator set to 1 bar, safety valves fitted before the roaster.

Also included in the package is an identical design 100–800 gram shop roaster from COFFEETOOL—perfect for small quantities, sample roasts or use in a coffeeshop. I have used it only approx. 20 times for roasting courses, so LIKE NEW! Also propane-powered, like the larger model, with 3 motors for simultaneous roasting and cooling, manual rotary switches instead of touchpad. Hose for propane (Austrian fittings) included with a pressure regulator set to 50 millibar.

Transport must be organized by the buyer; a transport crate can possibly be built on site here for an additional fee (price to be requested from neighboring company).
