Construction and Technology

The H400SA dual-column band saw is based on a robust steel structure with a cast iron body, ensuring maximum rigidity and vibration damping. The saw arm is set at a 3° angle relative to the feed table, making it easier to cut sections and profiles.

Precision and Performance

The hydraulically controlled arm descent, with adjustable cutting force and precision throttle valve, allows the pressure to be tailored to specific materials. The hydraulic feed system, managed by an electronic controller, enables programming of cut lengths and quantities. The LCD screen displays progress, errors, and end-of-material notifications. The automatic stop system reacts to fault detection or the end of the cutting program.
