The manufacturer ERMAK offers you with the hydraulic swing beam shear of the HGD series a robust and durable machine for the efficient processing of sheet metal. With this compact all-rounder, you can boost your productivity. The HGD hydraulic swing beam shear supports you in precise, fast, and cost-effective cutting operations in your daily workflow. The use of hydraulic hold-down devices for sheet fixation and a support table with embedded ball rollers ensures ergonomic and efficient handling for your operator. The CNC control enables the selection of various sheet materials from the material library. Upon selecting the maximum thickness, the optimal blade gap is automatically adjusted by the CNC-controlled electro-hydraulics, but it can also be set manually. The position and retract function of the motorized backgauge can be easily set via touchscreen. Additionally, the control provides memory for cutting programs with cutting sequences.
